1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

• Item is unused, in original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

3. Non-returnable items

Items marked final sale, personalised items, and products with broken seals for hygiene or safety reasons.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

5. How to request a return

Email yasirkhan1234567899@icloud.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24-48 hours.

6. Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Shipping costs

Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
